1. Information We Collect

When you use LucidLuma AI, we collect:

• Account info: email, display name, and password hash.
• Story & script content: ideas, prompts, and the stories and short-video scripts you generate.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
• Usage data: page visits, generation events, and basic device info.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver story and script generation and your personal library.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve features, troubleshoot bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send essential service emails (account, billing, security).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted processors who help run the service:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• OpenAI / Google — AI model providers powering story generation.

4. Story & Script Ownership

Free tier stories: each account gets 2 free stories (one time only); these may be displayed publicly and are owned by LucidLuma AI. Premium / Elite stories: owned by you and remain private unless you publish them. Scripts: scripts you generate (including your one-time free script) are owned by you and kept private to your account.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@lucidlumaai.com. You may also delete your account and library directly from your dashboard.

7. Data Retention

Account and story data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

8. Children

LucidLuma AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
