Refund Policy
Subscriptions
Premium and Elite are billed monthly. Story credits are consumed per generation — Premium stories cost 5 credits each (50 credits/month) and Elite stories cost 10 credits each (150 credits/month). Every account also gets 2 free stories, one time only, which have no cash value and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months.
Scriptwriter Subscription
The Scriptwriter (Starter and Pro) is a separate monthly subscription with its own credit pool. Each script costs 15 script credits, with up to 5 script sessions per day. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Script credits are tied to your billing cycle, do not roll over, and are non-refundable once any script has been generated.
Free Script Trial
Every account includes 1 free script, one time only. The free trial has no cash value and is non-refundable. Using your free script does not require a subscription and does not entitle you to a refund.
24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
If you're new to Premium or Elite and unhappy within 24 hours of your first charge, email support@lucidlumaai.com and we'll refund the most recent payment in full — provided fewer than 5 stories were generated. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Credit Top-Ups
Bonus credit packs are non-refundable once any of the credits have been used. Unused packs can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Failed Generations
If a story or script fails due to a system error, the credits are automatically returned to your balance — and if your free script fails, your one-time trial is restored. If you believe a credit wasn't refunded correctly, contact support and we'll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lucidlumaai.com from your account email with the order details. Most refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
