Subscriptions
Premium and Elite are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months.
24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
If you're new to Premium or Elite and unhappy within 24 hours of your first charge, email support@lucidlumaai.com and we'll refund the most recent payment in full — provided fewer than 5 stories were generated. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Credit Top-Ups
Bonus credit packs are non-refundable once any of the credits have been used. Unused packs can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Failed Generations
If a story fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. If you believe a credit wasn't refunded correctly, contact support and we'll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lucidlumaai.com from your account email with the order details. Most refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
