All stories, chapters, outlines, story bibles, and other output generated using the free tier of LucidLuma are owned by LucidLuma AI. LucidLuma may publicly display, redistribute, edit, modify, and otherwise use free-tier output for any purpose, including in our public story library, marketing, and product training.

Free-tier users receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal viewing license to read their generated content within the LucidLuma app. Free-tier output may not be copied, downloaded, republished, sold, or claimed as your own work.

Subject to your account being in good standing and your timely payment of fees, you own the rights to stories, chapters, and outlines you generate while on a paid plan (Premium or Elite), including the ability to copy, paste, download, publish, sell, and otherwise use that content for personal or commercial purposes.

You grant LucidLuma a limited license to host and process your paid-tier content solely to operate the service (storage, display in your library, generation continuity). LucidLuma will not publish your paid-tier content without your permission.

Downgrading or cancellation does not retroactively change ownership of paid-tier content created while your subscription was active, but content created on the free tier — before, during, or after a paid period — remains owned by LucidLuma.

The Script Writer is a separate subscription with its own credit pool, offered in two tiers — Starter ($15.99/month, 120 script credits) and Pro ($18.99/month, 180 script credits). Each script costs 15 script credits, limited to 5 script sessions per day. Script credits are tied to your billing cycle and do not roll over.

Every account is eligible for one free script, one time only. The free trial has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is non-refundable. Once your free script is used, an active Scriptwriter subscription is required to generate more.

Scripts you generate while on an active Scriptwriter subscription (or as part of the free trial) are owned by you and may be copied, downloaded, published, and used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and your account being in good standing.

• No illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
• No attempts to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions, or platform security.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk generation outside of normal user behavior.
• No misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where doing so is fraudulent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Story credits are consumed per generation based on your plan: Premium stories cost 5 credits each (50 credits/month) and Elite stories cost 10 credits each (150 credits/month). Every account also receives 2 free stories, one time only (1 credit each); once used, a Premium or Elite plan is required to keep generating.

Credits (including story credits and script credits) are consumed only on a successful generation. If a generation fails on our end, credits are automatically refunded, and a failed free script restores your one-time trial. Story and Scriptwriter subscriptions are separate products, each billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law or under our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
