1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or generating any content with LucidLuma AI ("LucidLuma", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use LucidLuma. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account.

3.Content Ownership — Free Tier

All stories, chapters, outlines, story bibles, and other output generated using the free tier of LucidLuma are owned by LucidLuma AI. LucidLuma may publicly display, redistribute, edit, modify, and otherwise use free-tier output for any purpose, including in our public story library, marketing, and product training.

Free-tier users receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal viewing license to read their generated content within the LucidLuma app. Free-tier output may not be copied, downloaded, republished, sold, or claimed as your own work.

4.Content Ownership — Paid Tiers (Premium & Elite)

Subject to your account being in good standing and your timely payment of fees, you own the rights to stories, chapters, and outlines you generate while on a paid plan (Premium or Elite), including the ability to copy, paste, download, publish, sell, and otherwise use that content for personal or commercial purposes.

You grant LucidLuma a limited license to host and process your paid-tier content solely to operate the service (storage, display in your library, generation continuity). LucidLuma will not publish your paid-tier content without your permission.

Downgrading or cancellation does not retroactively change ownership of paid-tier content created while your subscription was active, but content created on the free tier — before, during, or after a paid period — remains owned by LucidLuma.

5.Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
  • No attempts to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions, or platform security.
  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk generation outside of normal user behavior.
  • No misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where doing so is fraudulent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6.Credits, Subscriptions & Refunds

Credits are consumed only on a successful generation. If a generation fails on our end, credits are automatically refunded. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LucidLuma uses third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to other works. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sharing it.

8.Privacy

We process your account data, prompts, and generated content to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucidLuma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
